Rooms are incredibly small, leaving little room for luggage!!! Housekeeping could use significant improvement, as dusty surfaces and missed cleanings detract from comfort!!! Plumbing issues further hinder convenience!!!

Staying at Xo Hotel Inner in Amsterdam was mostly enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right by the museums. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The staff at the front desk were generally helpful, especially during check-in. Breakfast was decent for the price. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the room upon arrival. I found hair on the bathroom floor and stains on the sheets. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. my room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and I had to ask for it. The noise insulation could be improved, as I heard voices in the hall at night. Most nights were quiet otherwise, but some disturbances were noticeable. Additionally, a few of the staff members could have been friendlier. Standing in the hall waiting for the night doorkeeper to let us in was frustrating, especially when their service felt intrusive at times. Overall, I had a good stay, but attention to cleanliness and staff training could enhance the experience.
