Xo Hotel Inner - Amsterdam

The breakfast was savoury with veriety of dishes with fine food.

Really reasonable base for a city break. Stylish and newly remodelled place with efficient employees at the reception desk. Unbeatable location in a very quiet area and super nice area.

Second time at the hotel. It's okay, price is quality. Coffee, kettle.

Rooms are small, leaving little room for luggage!!! Housekeeping could use significant improvement, as dusty surfaces and missed cleanings detract from comfort!!! Plumbing issues further hinder convenience!!!

Quiet place

Big improvement over our previous hostel experience. Several young people hanging around front door smoking when we arrived made us wonder about place,but it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful Location handy for trams to Centraal Station and downtown, and Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum were within walking distance. Also, great grocery close-by.

I liked the fact that we had no carfew, that there was always somebody at the reception ready to answer our questions, that the room was def clean and confy and there was a good breakfats!

Late check in, we could get to our room only at 14 pm so we had to leave the baggage there and find something to do before settling down in the room

I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and modern ambiance of Xo Hotel Inner. The staff provided really good service, and I loved that the location was just steps away from museums.

More soundproofing for rooms would be beneficial.

The hotel is close to the tram lines so it permits easy access into town even is not that close to the center. We got free breakfast which was basic but good enough to begin our day.

The room was small, basic and very very noisy. Our room was the first room in the corridor and they have swinging doors for the access on the corridor. They were very old and were making a lot of noise especially in the night when people who partied were coming back. The door frame was too big for the door and light was able to come in through the gaps.

Location: next to the museums, which was great. In the night, we came by tram, it leaves you very close to the hotel. The service was good, the room was clean, bathroom too. We walked around all day and only went to the hotel to sleep, so it's an ideal hotel to do that. Breakfast was good too, and we even left our bags there the whole day.

We didn't have anything to dry the floor in the bathroom, after we took a shower, so the floor remained wet.

Staying at Xo Hotel Inner in Amsterdam was mostly enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right by the museums. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The staff at the front desk were generally helpful, especially during check-in. Breakfast was decent for the price. There were some cleanliness issues in the room upon arrival. I found hair on the bathroom floor and stains on the sheets. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. My room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and I had to ask for it. The noise insulation could be improved, as I heard voices in the hall at night. Most nights were quiet otherwise, but some disturbances were noticeable. A few of the staff members could have been friendlier. Standing in the hall waiting for the night doorkeeper to let us in was frustrating, especially when their service felt intrusive at times. I had a good stay, but attention to cleanliness and staff training could enhance the experience.
